Learning to feed himself...

Laura has started to teach Kory how to feed himself with a spoon. He can put the food in his mouth no problem at all...scooping it up is going to take some time! Kory also decided to be "Daddy's little helper" when daddy was securing the fireplace glass so Kory can't play with it. Kory also went in today forthe 2nd part of his flu shot, he didn't cry at all. While we were there they put him on the scale he tipped in at 18lbs 9 ounces. His next visit will be at 9 months.

Few shots from the house

Kory loves to sit in his chair at the counter and munch on cherrios. He also got to open one of his Christmas presents 2 weeks ago. His first Tonka truck, it doubles as a learn to walk toy when you fold the back handle up. It has a toy key that makes truck sounds when you turn it. Needless to say from the time we come home to the time we put him down we hear it alot.

Christmas pictures

Took these 3 weeks ago but didn't want to add them until after we sent the cards out. Hard to believe he is 7 months old, last year at this time we were thinking about what clothes to get before he was born. We went out this past weekend and picked out our first tree as a family.

Family Christmas present...

Well since Kory has been so active the past month we decided to buy our family an early Christmas present and had the pool safety net installed today. Well worth it for the peace of mind it will provide us.

December desert trip

Went to the Glamis dunes this weekend, it was a windy cold weekend. We still had a great trip with our friends and had a great "Taco night" dinner celebrating Brian's Birthday.
